Features Overview

Dynamic Billboard Advertising turns the billboards of Los Santos into a player-run advertising market run by Ad Nauseam, the in-game billboard agency. Players walk up to an agency kiosk or rep, pick a board on a 3D map of the city, rent it, and design their ad in game. The finished ad appears on the real billboard for everyone on the server.

Player Workflow

1. Walk up to an agency kiosk or rep and press E, or use your target script.
2. Browse the city map, open a board, and check its stats, price, and street view.
3. Choose a rental term and the number of slides, then rent the board.
4. Design the ad in the editor. Press H at any time to preview it on the billboard.
5. Save. The ad goes live on the real billboard for every player.
6. Manage your rentals from My Boards at any kiosk or rep, or with /adagency.

Note

Unrented boards are never blank. They show the built-in Ad Nauseam house ads, each with a “Rent This Board” call to action, until a player rents them.

Caution

The included rs_ad_agency_assets resource replaces the level gta5.meta to add the render slots that ads are drawn in. Only one resource on a server can replace the level meta. If another resource also uses replace_level_meta, the two conflict.
