Is LB Phone required?

Section titled “Is LB Phone required?”

No. rs_bank and rs_billing work without LB Phone. LB Phone is required only when you install the included rs_mobile_bank application.

Is ox_lib required?

Section titled “Is ox_lib required?”

No. This bundle does not require ox_lib. It does require oxmysql.

Which resources are required?

Section titled “Which resources are required?”

The core bundle requires:

ensure rs_bank
ensure rs_billing

The following resources are optional:

ensure lb-phone
ensure rs_mobile_bank

Do I need to import SQL files?

Section titled “Do I need to import SQL files?”

Yes. Import one framework-specific bank SQL file and the billing SQL file before the first start:

  • QBCore: rs_bank/sql files/rs_bank.sql
  • Qbox: rs_bank/sql files/rs_bank_qbox.sql
  • ESX: rs_bank/sql files/rs_bank_esx.sql
  • Every framework: rs_billing/sql/rs_billing.sql

The check and mobile request tables are created automatically.

Why am I receiving missing-table errors?

Section titled “Why am I receiving missing-table errors?”

The base SQL schemas were not imported, the wrong framework-specific schema was used, or oxmysql started after the bundle. Import the correct files and make sure oxmysql starts first.

Why does the Bills tab not appear inside the bank?

Section titled “Why does the Bills tab not appear inside the bank?”

Check all of the following:

-- rs_bank/shared/config.lua
Config.BillingScript = 'rs_billing'


-- rs_billing/shared/config.lua
Config.Payment.BankResource = 'rs_bank'
Config.EnableExports = true

Also make sure rs_billing is running and starts after rs_bank.

Why does the Retro Bank app not appear on LB Phone?

Section titled “Why does the Retro Bank app not appear on LB Phone?”

Confirm this order:

ensure rs_bank
ensure rs_billing
ensure lb-phone
ensure rs_mobile_bank

Keep the folder name rs_mobile_bank. The app registers automatically through LB Phone’s AddCustomApp export. Check the client console for a [MobileBank] Could not add app message if registration fails.

Can I use another phone resource?

Section titled “Can I use another phone resource?”

Yes, for banking and billing notifications. Supported notification bridges include qb-phone, qs-smartphone, lb-phone, gksphone, and npwd.

The dedicated mobile banking application itself is designed for LB Phone only.

Why can I not open a bank or ATM?

Section titled “Why can I not open a bank or ATM?”

Make sure your selected interaction mode is valid:

Config.UseDrawText = true

When using target mode, the selected target resource must start before rs_bank.

Why does /billing not work?

Section titled “Why does /billing not work?”

The command is available only when the open method is command or both:

Config.OpenMethod = 'both'
Config.Command = 'billing'

Why does the billing tablet not work?

Section titled “Why does the billing tablet not work?”

Confirm that:

  • Config.OpenMethod is item or both.
  • The item exists in your inventory.
  • The item name matches Config.ItemName.
  • The framework and inventory resource started before rs_billing.

Why are check or receipt items missing?

Section titled “Why are check or receipt items missing?”

Register atm_receipt, checkbook, and check in your inventory, then copy the supplied images to your inventory image directory. If you use different item names, update the values in rs_bank/shared/config.lua.

Can I rename the resource folders?

Section titled “Can I rename the resource folders?”

Renaming is not recommended. The bundle uses resource names in exports, bridges, generated NUI URLs, and app icon paths. Renaming requires updating every related reference.

Can I disable loans, savings, checks, or payment plans?

Section titled “Can I disable loans, savings, checks, or payment plans?”

Yes. The main systems are controlled from the configuration files. For example:

Config.CheckSystem.Enabled = false


-- rs_billing
Config.Templates.Enabled = false
Config.PaymentPlan.Enabled = false

Do I need to rebuild the mobile UI after changing translations?

Section titled “Do I need to rebuild the mobile UI after changing translations?”

No. Edit rs_mobile_bank/config.lua and restart the resource. It regenerates ui/dist/config.js automatically.
