Do I need to import the SQL file manually?
Section titled “Do I need to import the SQL file manually?”No. RS Multi Storage and the My Storages app automatically create and update their database tables when the resources start. The included sql/install.sql file is only available for manual installation if needed.
Why does using a storage item do nothing?
Section titled “Why does using a storage item do nothing?”Confirm that the item is registered in your inventory, the correct inventory bridge was detected, and the inventory started before rs_multistorage. ESX servers must use a supported inventory such as ox_inventory, qs-inventory, or codem-inventory.
Why can I not place or bury a storage here?
Section titled “Why can I not place or bury a storage here?”The placement system can reject water, roads, steep ground, invalid surfaces, overlapping storages, and stacked objects. Portable-safe burial has additional indoor, soft-ground, elevated-surface, and material checks configured in shared/config.lua and shared/bury_materials.lua.
Is LB Phone required?
Section titled “Is LB Phone required?”No. rs_multistorage works without LB Phone. Install and start rs_multistorage_phone only when you want to use the included My Storages mobile application.
Why is the My Storages app not visible in LB Phone?
Section titled “Why is the My Storages app not visible in LB Phone?”Make sure the folders are named rs_multistorage and rs_multistorage_phone, then start lb-phone and the main storage resource before the phone resource. Also verify that Config.App.defaultApp is true; when it is false, players must install the app from the LB Phone App Store.
Why are the item icons missing?
Section titled “Why are the item icons missing?”Copy the PNG files from rs_multistorage/web/images/ into the image folder used by your inventory. The physical storage models do not need a separate install because they are streamed directly from the resource.
How do I enable the storage heists?
Section titled “How do I enable the storage heists?”Set Config.Heist.enabled = true in shared/heist_config.lua, register the heist items, and configure your container targets, quest NPC coordinates, buried-safe spawn points, police requirements, dispatch, cooldowns, and loot tables before restarting the resource.
